We are putting the finishing touches on the building and are so excited to share the great progress with you.
In November, the school construction received an interior and exterior layer of stucco (a smooth layer of cement) to provide an extra layer of protection from the elements and to give an aesthetic finish to the building.
In December, our team has begun to lay the floor in the classrooms, to be followed by the installation of doors, windows, and bathroom plumbing.
Spirits are high among the students and teaching staff of La Guama, who have excitedly witnessed their new classrooms take form over the last 2 years. They cannot wait to soon attend class in their new school!
