Trip Details

2014 Dartmouth Lacrosse Nov. 30 – Dec. 8

October 1st, 2014

Welcome members of Dartmouth Lacrosse!  This is the 3rd trip that members of the Men’s and Women’s team have self organized to travel to Nicaragua.  In the past they have worked on a variety of projects, this year they are building two houses at our site in Masaya.  They will also be spending time with another non-profit group in Nicaragua called “Lacrosse the Nations”, a group dedicated to spreading the game of lacrosse around the world.  Every year these dedicated student athletes take time from their winter break to help those that are less fortunate.  Thank you to those members that are spearheading this effort to not only organize the trip, but raise money to help fund the cost of the houses that you are going to build.  Each house costs $4K, so if you are a Dartmouth student or Alumni and would like to help, send in a donation with their name on it.  We will put those funds right to work!
