​In order to apply for this offer, please understand and comply with the following:

• The trip must be registered with Bridges to Community via email before December 31, 2023 for the 2024 calendar year. To register, contact info@bridgestocommunity.org.

• The trip must be scheduled for a week between January 1, 2024- December 31, 2024. 

•  One offer available per trip.  The offer must be used during the 2024 calendar year. 

• Offer is valid for one (1) individual trip fee participating on the trip. Offer cannot be split between multiple participant trip fees.

• Offer only valid toward trip fees, project costs are excluded. The full project cost is required to guarantee a trip on our calendar. 

• There is an 8-person minimum per trip to sign up and guarantee a week on our calendar.  The free trip fee will be awarded after at least seven (7) additional participants have registered and paid their trip fees. Offer is not available if the participant minimum is not met. 

• If you organize more than one trip that is scheduled for a different week in 2024 and meets the offer and project cost requirements, you are eligible for the same offer. 

• Offer not valid for groups who participated on a Bridges to Community volunteer trip to the Dominican Republic in 2023. 

• Certain blackout periods during high season may apply. Contact us for date availability. 

• Offer not exchangeable for a cash equivalent or cash refund if the trip is canceled for any circumstances. 

• Offer cannot be rolled over past December 2024 if the trip is canceled for any circumstances. 

• Trip fees do not include costs related to arrival or departure from the Dominican Republic.
