Preparing for the Fifth Annual “Raise the Roof” Cocktail Party & Fundraiser

• Purpose: Fundraiser for Bridges to Community Projects in Nicaragua

Save the Date! It’s not too soon to be thinking about plans for joining your fellow IT colleagues at our 5th Annual Fundraiser to "Raise the Roof" for community development projects in Nicaragua with Bridges to Community.

For this year’s event, we want to raise enough money for a medical clinic in Los Lopez and a couple of houses! So our goal is $35,000! ($27k for the clinic and $8k for two houses)

Every year, this event is getting better and better. The view of DC from the Top of the Town is worth the price. There will be as always music, food, beverages, an awesome silent auction and a raffle for a trip (airfare not included) with your friends in the IT Community! All money raised at the event, including your attendance counts in doubling our impact!

With your support, Bridges will be able to deliver many new homes, community centers, schools, health clinics, and more to rural communities in Nicaragua (the 2nd poorest country in our hemisphere). So, even if didn’t make it for this year’s event or may not be able to come to the next, your donation would be appreciated!
