Heather Dougherty

Heather currently serves as the President of the Workers' Compensation Division of The Flanders Group. She has participated annually since 2005 on Bridges trips through her affiliation with The Sitkins International. She joined the Bridges Board of Directors in 2009, and serves on the Finance committee.

Heather lives in Rochester NY with her husband Chris Duerr, their daughter Taylor, and twin sons Ben and Will.
